Eligible for Return & Exchange
Within 15 days of delivery
- Factory Defects: Structural issues, incorrect hair texture, or wrong color sent by our mistake.
- Unopened & Altered: Items must be in their original factory state, with labels, tags, and net intact.
- Wrong Length: If the bundle length deviates significantly from your invoice specifications.
Not Eligible
Please inspect before processing
- Altered Hair: Bleached, dyed, cut, washed, or chemically treated hair CANNOT be returned.
- Custom Orders: Customized wig caps, special custom colors, or bespoke textures.
- Exceeded Timeframe: Requests made after 15 days of tracking delivery.
How It Works
Submit a Request
Contact your dedicated account manager or email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Quick Review
Our quality control team will review your claim within 24 business hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Ship & Solve
Send the package back using our authorized carrier. Once received and inspected, we will ship replacements or issue store credit.
Who Pays for Shipping?
If the return is due to **our error** (wrong item, defect), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs. For standard exchanges (e.g., your customer changed their mind about a texture), the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
