Eligible for Return
Within 15 days of delivery
- Factory Defects: Structural issues, incorrect hair texture.
- Unopened: Items must be in original factory state with net intact.
- Wrong Length: Bundle length deviates significantly from specs.
Not Eligible
Please inspect before processing
- Altered Hair: Bleached, dyed, cut, washed, or chemically treated.
- Custom Orders: Customized wig caps or bespoke colors.
- Exceeded Time: Requests made after 15 days of tracking delivery.

Send package back. Once inspected, we rapidly ship replacements.
Who Pays for Shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, factory defect), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs. For standard exchanges (e.g., your salon client changed their mind about a hair texture), the buyer is responsible for round-trip logistics fees.
