Eligible for Return

Within 15 days of delivery

  • Factory Defects: Structural issues, incorrect hair texture.
  • Unopened: Items must be in original factory state with net intact.
  • Wrong Length: Bundle length deviates significantly from specs.

Not Eligible

Please inspect before processing

  • Altered Hair: Bleached, dyed, cut, washed, or chemically treated.
  • Custom Orders: Customized wig caps or bespoke colors.
  • Exceeded Time: Requests made after 15 days of tracking delivery.

Who Pays for Shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, factory defect), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs. For standard exchanges (e.g., your salon client changed their mind about a hair texture), the buyer is responsible for round-trip logistics fees.
