Order Adjustments & Cancellations
Because premium hair production begins immediately to ensure fast delivery, time is of the essence:
- Stock Orders: Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of invoice payment.
- Custom Wholesale Orders: Once raw hair processing, bleaching, or knot-bleaching begins (usually within 24 hours), specifications cannot be modified. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once production initiates.
